This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28429 of 2023 on 12.02.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.28429 of 2023 on 12.02.2024 regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

The matter is under investigation.

4.Taking into consideration the fact that the matter is under investigation, this court modifies the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28429 of 2023 on 12.02.2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month for a period of four months.
