By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. According to the petitioner, he was appointed as Post Graduate Teacher(Botany) on 09.10.2000. While, he was working at Government Higher Secondary School, Kotagiri, he was placed under suspension vide order dated 07.04.2014. The suspension order was set aside by the order of this Court dated 24.07.2014 in W.P.No.19363 of 2014. Thereafter, he was reinstated in service on 02.09.2014.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his suspension period was not regularised and therefore, he made a representation dated 26.12.2015 to the respondent. Since, no order has been passed, the petitioner has come forward to file this present writ petition.

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

5. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
