JUDGMENT
This criminal appeal has been directed against the conviction and sentence passed in Sessions Case No.382 of 2007 by the Additional District and Sessions Court (Fast Track Court), Vellore, dated 31.03.2008.
2. During pendency of the present criminal appeal, the sole appellant has passed away and to that effect, a memo has been filed along with death certificate and the same is recorded and further, this court has verified the death certificate. Under the said circumstances, the charge framed against the appellant/accused has become abated.
