PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents herein to provide necessary police protection for the purpose of harvesting coconuts and carrying agricultural activities in petitioner self acquired property and partitioned property in Survey Nos.200/3, S.No.202/3, S.No.197/2, S.No.197/4, S.No.199/2, S.No.186/7, S.No.186/2, S.No.186/5, S.No.186/3, S.No.278/1A, S.No.278/1B, S.No.278/1C, S.No.347/1B, S.No.347/10, S.No.204 at Pallikonda pursuant to petitioner complaint dated 11.03.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for Police protection.

2.It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and his son. On a complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 11.03.2019, the respondent Police conducted an enquiry in C.S.R.No.128 of 2015 with the counter party. In the said enquiry, the counter party viz. Elango son of the petitioner had gave an undertaking that, he shall not disturb the petitioner's property situated at Pallikonda in Suvey Nos.200/3, S.No.202/3, S.No.197/2, S.No.197/4, S.No.199/2, S.No.186/7, S.No.186/2, S.No.186/5, S.No.186/3, S.No.278/1A, S.No.278/1B, S.No.278/1C, S.No.347/1B, S.No.347/10, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.No.204 and also to harvest the agricultural crops and cultivate the said property, till the completion of the Civil Suits pending between the petitioner and his son. 3.On such undertaking recorded, the respondent Police closed the enquiry in C.S.R.No.128 of 2015. Therefore, the said undertaking is also recorded herein, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
