Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3592 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3493 of 2021 order dated 19.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3592 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3493 of 2021, dated 19.03.2021 is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police twice in a month i.e. on the 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
