ORDER

Seeking educational loan for undergoing Engineering Course, the petitioner has approached the second respondent. On its non consideration, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has been sanctioned term loan of Rs.54,427/- by the second respondent for the III and IV year. Now, the question is with respect to the I and II year. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for the payment of loan for the I and II year as the petitioner has borrowed the loan and completed the said two years.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the granting of loan to the petitioner for educational purpose for the I and II year after being satisfied that he has borrowed loan and completed the said two years and also in the light of the fact that the petitioner was found eligible, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
