ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in R.C.No. 2563/A1/2015 dated 16.11.2015 and consequently direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to work in the second respondent school.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he was initially appointed as a

Sweeper in the second respondent school on compassionate ground and continued in the same school. However, on certain allegation, the writ petitioner was placed under suspension on 16.11.2015. Hence, this Writ petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents produced a proceeding issued by the second respondent dated 19.05.2017 which shows that the suspension order issued against the petitioner was revoked and the petitioner reported back to work on 19.05.2017. A copy of the same is taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. In view of the above, this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 20.06.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No vum To:
