This revision petition is directed as against the order dated 01.04.2016 passed by the learned XVI Small Cause Judge, Chennai in M.P.No.436 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.294 of 2015, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to implead him as a party to the proceedings. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties in R.C.O.P.No.294 of 2015, after referring the same before the Medication and Conciliation Center and therefore nothing survive in this petition. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
