ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.203 of 2010 pending on the file of the respondent police and consequently direct the Director of CBCID, Guindy to depute a competent officer to investigate the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.203 of 2010, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Jurisdictional Court. Subsequently, the same was taken on file and after due trial, the petitioner was acquitted from the charges vide judgment dated 26.04.2013 by the Mahila Court, Perambalur in SC https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.104 of 2011.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
