Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue "No Objection Certificate" for the purpose of getting transfer from respondents' Corporation School to the schools in Thiruvannamalai under the Control of Director of School Education, Tamil Nadu, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2015.

ORDER
The petitioner is working as P.G. Assistant in the Chennai Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Madhavaram High Road, Perambur, Chennai-600 011. After getting employment, the petitioner married one Mr.R.Arun Kumar on 12.03.2011, who is working as B.T., Assistant in the Government High School, Parayampattu, Thiruvannamalai Panchayat Union, Thiruvannamalai District. The petitioner applied maternity leave from 30.10.2014 and after expiry of the same, she joined duty on 22.04.2015. Since the petitioner's husband is working at Thiruvannamalai, she made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation to the second respondent through the Headmaster of the School on 04.02.2015 for the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" for transfer from the Chennai Corporation School to the Schools under the control of the Director of School Eduction, Tamil Nadu in Thiruvannamalai. But till date, no order has been passed on the said representation. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue "No Objection Certificate" .

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass an order on the aforesaid representation dated 04.02.2015 within a time frame. 3.
In view of the narrow prayer made, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the aforesaid representation dated 04.02.2015 made by the petitioner for issuance of "No Objection Certificate" to transfer her to Thiruvannamalai District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
