This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in F.I.R in Crime No.6 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is passed as against the private respondent notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that final report has already been filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.52 of 2023 and now the case is posted for arguments.
