C.M.P.No.6882 of 2026 in C.R.P.Sr.No.41803 of 2026 N.MALA,J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 124 days in preferring the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Mr.K.Subbu Ranga Bharathi, learned Central Government Counsel, takes notice for the respondent and has filed the counter of the respondent.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the counter of the respondents. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in para 17 of the petitioner's affidavit, the delay of 124 days in preferring the above Civil Revision Petition is condoned and this CMP is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'.

5.Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel at the time of admission.
