O R D E R
The petitioner was selected for the post of Typist by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) and allotted to Principal District Judge, Karur by an order dated 13.08.2014.
2. Though the petitioner was allotted to Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial Service, she did not choose to join in the said place. She has filed this writ petition to allot her to a suitable post.
3. In my view, the petitioner, having not joined in the post allotted to her could not seek for a direction to appoint her in a suitable post. It is not her case that she was not able to join the post due to some health reasons or otherwise.
4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, since it is stated in paragraph 6 of the order dated 13.08.2014 that the selection is purely provisional, subject to the final outcome of the writ petitions pending on the file of this Court, the petitioner did not join at the alloted place. I am not in agreement with the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even if the petitioner is allotted to any other service, such a condition would be imposed therein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. In the light of the above, the writ fails and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs.
