This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 20.07.2016 made in E.P.No.7 of 2014 in O.S.No.45 of 1983 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he has also sent a letter dated 28.01.2022 to the Registry to that effect seeking withdrawal of the same.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners has been recorded and the letter dated 28.01.2022 is taken on record. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.14330 of 2016 is also dismissed. 02.02.2022 Index :
