] This petition is filed to record the 1st respondent as deceased in the above Original Side Appeal.

2.It is not in dispute that the 1st respondent died leaving behind some of the parties to this lis as legal heirs. Therefore, there is no necessity to bring on record any one. This petition is only to record the 1st respondent as deceased. Hence, this petition is allowed.
