(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The only relief sought in this writ petition is a direction to the second respondent to consider the reply dated 25.04.2015 submitted by the petitioner in response to the notice dated issued by the second respondent.

3. At this stage, we are at a loss to understand as to how this writ petition is maintainable when no final order is passed on the reply dated 25.04.2015 submitted by the petitioner pursuant to the notice issued by the second respondent.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that orders will be passed on the reply dated 25.04.2015 considering the averments made in the reply as well as the documents appended thereto.

5. In view of the aforestated submission, no further direction to the respondents is necessary. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No Costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
