Crl.M.P.No.4572 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4356 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4356 of 2023 dated 28.02.2023 that the petitioners shall stay at Salem, report before the Inspector of Police, Hasthampatti Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of another three months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4356 of 2023 dated 28.02.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
