CRL. M.P. No.6002 of 2024 IN CRL.A. No.72 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI, J.

This Court vide order dated 15.02.2024 had granted bail to the appellant on certain conditions and in one of the conditions, the appellants were directed to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 9.00 a.m until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the said condition.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the investigation is completed, charge sheet has been filed and the same is taken on file.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the appellants could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 15.02.2024 alone stands modified and the appellants shall appear before the concerned trial court, on the respective hearing dates. All other conditions remain unaltered.
