Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to take immediate action to provide patta to her.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 10.11.2016 to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue patta, however, the same has not yet been considered by the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2016, for the issuance of patta and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
