This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court on 05.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 1703 of 2025 directing the Petitioner to report before the Respondent Police every day at 10.30 am until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed by this Court on 05.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 1703 of 2025 directing the Petitioner to report before the Respondent Police every day at 10.30 am until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., on first and third Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
