ORDER

Earlier, this Court by order dated 02.06.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.13086 of 2015 has granted anticipatory bail to the respondent herein/A1 in respect of the case is Crime No.37 of 2015 pending on the file of the petitioner-Police.

2.Now, the present petition has been filed seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent stating the conditions imposed on the respondent while granting anticipatory have not been complied with by him.

3.The respondent was granted anticipatory by order dated 02.06.2015 on the following conditions_ i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram or to the satisfaction of the respondent-Police or the police office who intends to arrest.

ii)the petitioner shall appear before the investigating office daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

4.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. Thus, he sought for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent. 5.Heard the learned counsel (Legal Aid Counsel) appearing for

the respondent also.

6.Since the conditions imposed by this Court were not complied with by the respondent herein, this Court is left with no other option except to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent.
