O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Review Application has been instituted to review the order dated 10.02.2023 made in W.P.No.17038 of 2022.
2. The Division Bench of this Court has elaborately concluded the issue on merits, while confirming the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal and dismissed the Writ Petition filed by the review petitioner. The grounds raised in the present Review Application would show that an attempt has been made to re-adjudicate the merits. Expansion of scope of Review Application is impermissible and only in the event of establishing error apparent on record, the review is maintainable.
3. Consequently, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
