The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.13528 of 2023 dated 20.11.2023 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, he shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
