Ajeeth v. Akhila R.Adiga

C.M.P.No.7190 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.1924 of 2019 P.T. ASHA, J, This petition is filed to declare the petitioner as major and to discharge the guardianship of the petitioner's father Mr.Nagaraj.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the minor Ajeeth was born in the year 1997.

3.Heard both sides and perused the papers.

Hence, this petition is allowed and the minor Ajeeth is declared as major and his father Mr.Nagaraj is discharged from the guardianship.
