ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of I.A.No.122 of 2025 in O.S.No.29 of 2025 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur. The petitioner claims that earlier in a Writ Petition filed in W.P.No.8980 of 2025 before this Court, a direction was issued by this Court to dispose of the said O.S.No.29 of 2025 as well as the interim applications pending on the file of the Trial Court, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. According to the petitioner, despite the said direction, till date, I.A.No.122 of 2025 in O.S.No.29 of 2025 has not been disposed of by the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur.

3. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.122 of 2025 in O.S.No.29 of 2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the earlier direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.8980 of 2025 as well as after giving due consideration to the grounds raised in this Civil Revision Petition, this Court directs the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur,

to dispose of I.A.No.122 of 2025 in O.S.No.29 of 2025, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
