This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 7.7.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 7.7.2015 given by the petitioner, a regular case in Cr.No.55 of 2015 under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 448, 506(ii) IPC read with Section 4 of Women Harassment Act has been registered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
