PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2018 and to pass appropriate order on it in accordance with law within stipulated period as fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2018 and to pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that seeking an Assignment Patta, he made a representation on 16.07.2018, which was received by the respondents on 20.07.2018 and according to the petitioner, the same is yet to be considered. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the same would be considered by the respondents on merits within a time frame https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stipulated by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 16.07.2018, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
