This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 28.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29081 of 2023 against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of thirty days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
