ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to pass appropriate orders on the enquiry initiated in Na.Ka.No.2934/Aa2/2019 dated 04.01.2021 and to take appropriate action for implementation of the orders passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2934/Aa2/2019 dated 23.10.2020, with reinstatement of petitioner into service in the fourth respondent school with payment of salary for the period of suspension within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that Page No.2 of 4

the petitioner has been reinstated in service during the pendency of this Writ Petition. Hence this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
