This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.En.6/Neer/Sa.Ndu/Ka.Dhu.Adayar District 2020 in J-11 Kannagi Nagar Police Station No.07/2020 dated 28.02.2020, pending disposal of the Crl.R.C.No.515 of 2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition, subject to the following conditions:

a) The Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with one surety for a like sum before the The Executive Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner of Police, Adayar, Chennai.

b) The Petitioner shall report before the 2nd respondent police on the 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders.
