The petitioner has come out with this writ petition for the issuance of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from in any manner interfering with the petitioners right of drawing water as entitled under the existing PAP canal scheme for the lands comprised in S.F.No.111/2B, 111/B3, 111/3A, 111/3C, 111/4A3 situated at R.Ponnapuram Village, Pollachi Taluk to an exten of 2.11.0 Hectares.

2. Heard Mr.P.Saravana Sowmiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of R1 to R4 and Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel

for R5.

3. Mr.P.Saravana Sowmiyan, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue has already been settled between the parties and as of now, there is no issue as raised in the writ petition. Hence, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication at this stage.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Index:
