ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to register the FIR in respect of the complaint dated 21.05.2015 pertaining to CSR.No.111/PH3/2015 dated 04.06.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.111 of 2015 before the first respondent, Police.
4. Recording the submission, the first respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.111 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.
