ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is running a SPA. But, however, there is no petition or complaint is pending against the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, the respondent police shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner. However, if the petitioner conducts any illegal activities in the SPA, it is always open to the Police to take action in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
