(Made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) This application has been filed seeking to review the order of this Court dated 15.3.2017 made in CMP No.676 of 2017 in W.A.No.44 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. Admittedly, having regard to the actual background, we allowed the applicant Institution to participate in the counselling process for admitting the students for the next academic year 2017-2018 and directed the applicant Institution to rectify the deficiencies pointed out/observed in the inspection report, in order to let the applicant Institution to revive from the ensuing academic year.

4. Though the learned counsel for the applicant seeks to review the said order, which has been passed taking note of various aspects, we do not see any scope to review the order. Accordingly, this review application is dismissed. No costs.
