ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the body of the detenu namely Prashant, aged about 28 years before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the preliminary enquiry would reveal that it is a case of elopement of the detenu with one Indumathi. The detenu is also said to have been married.

3.From the aforesaid submission, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
