ORDER

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent on the last hearing date i.e. on 28.07.2023, has placed before this Court the proceedings of the respondent dated 26.07.2023 in compliance with the directions of this Court dated 25.11.2022 passed in WP.No.31626 of 2022, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition. A copy of the proceedings dated 26.07.2023 was also given to the learned counsel for the petitioner on the last hearing date.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the compliance has not been made in full. However, she seeks liberty for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent dated 26.07.2023 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. The said statement is recorded.

3. Since the petitioner has no objection for closure of this Contempt Petition and in view of the fact that the respondent has complied with the directions of this Court by its proceedings dated 2/4

26.07.2023, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent dated 26.07.2023, if so aggrieved, in the manner known to them under law.
