O R D E R

The petitioner, worked as a Gang Mazdoor and retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2010.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that steps have not been taken by the respondents to pay him pension and other benefits. The proposal made earlier was returned by the Director, Local Fund Audit to the Commissioner, Panchayat Union for certain clarification.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the Commissioner of Panchayat Union, Thalli rectified the mistakes and forwarded the same to the Director by proceedings dated 30.08.2010. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 02.11.2012 requesting the first respondent to take steps to pay him pensionary benefits. Since there was no follow up action taken by the first respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

5. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a comprehensive representation to the first respondent. The first respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to consider and dispose of the said representation on merits and as per law and taking into account the earlier proceedings dated 30.08.2010 on the file of Commissioner of Panchayat Union, Thalli. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
