ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 16.04.2021 made in W.P.No.27523 of 2018.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, the orders of this Court has been complied with by passing order on 27.07.2023 and he has produced the said order before this Court also.

3. However, Mr.T.P.Segar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that, even though it is recorded that the notice has been served on the petitioner, despite that he has not appeared, the fact remains that, no notice has been served on him.

3. Whether notice has been served on him or not cannot be gone into by this Court at this juncture, but anyhow now the orders has been passed on 27.07.2023, against which, revision can be filed under the provisions of the Patta Passbook Act, hence it is open to the petitioner to 2/4
