This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide Armed Personal Security Officer (PSO) to the petitioner along with Police protection for round the clock to the petitioner's residence at D-203, Akshaya Metropolis Akshaya Avenue, GST Road, Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpattu - 603209 in pursuant to the draft report dated 06.01.2025 prepared by the fourth respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, states that in respect of a representation submitted by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted a detailed enquiry and rejected the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking provision of Armed Police protection.
4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order passed by the second respondent in the manner known to law.
