2. The petitioner claims to be the Organizer of temple festival of "Arulmigu Pachai Amman Temple and Shri Semmiyappa Temple" has submitted an application dated 02.06.2015 to the respondent praying for appropriate permission to conduct cultural program, such as rural folk dance, mythological dramas and music programs to espouse the Tamil culture, scheduled to be held on 15.06.2015 and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, he came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.M.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation dated 02.06.2015 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 13.06.2015 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
