This Petition has been filed to modify the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.

22780 of 2023, dated 20.02.2024, in so far relates to deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs) to the credit of Cr.No.27 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the intervenor submits that so far the petitioner has not complied any of the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.No representation for the petitioner. Heard learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and learned counsel appearing for intervenor.

4. In view of the submissions made by the intervenor counsel, I am not inclined to grant this petition. Hence, petition dismissed.
