The learned Additional Government Pleader representing respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the 3rd respondent mill was closed on 01.05.2020 itself, as such no effective order can be passed in the present writ petition wherein the petitioner seeks for issuance of a mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from laying-off its workmen.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No costs.
