This Court, by its order, dated 19.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24635 of 2023 issued a direction to the petitioner herein to implement the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.19475 of 2022 on the file of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. However, the same was not complied. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant further period of four weeks to complete the investigation and the petitioner is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
