Mr.V.Nicholas COMMON ORDER The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 herein as the Legal Representatives of the deceased appellant in the above appeal and add them as Appellants 2 to 5 in the above Second Appeal; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant in the above appeal and to condone the delay of 1402 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole

appellant namely Chenrayan in the above Second Appeal respectively.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of all these miscellaneous petitions and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, C.M.P.No.10202 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for and the delay of 1402 days is condoned.

3. The abatement caused due to the death of the appellant is set aside and hence, C.M.P.No.10200 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.

4. The Petitioners 2 to 5 in C.M.P.No.10196 of 2022 are ordered to be brought on record as Legal Representatives of the deceased appellant as appellants 2 to 5 in the Second Appeal and the petition in C.M.P.No.10196 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.
