This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 4 (b) the petitioner shall appear before the learned district and sessions judge, Mayiladuthurai, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32382 of 2024 ordered on 29.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Page No.1 of 3

petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 4 (b) the petitioner shall appear before the learned district and sessions judge, Mayiladuthurai, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32382 of 2024 ordered on 29.01.2025, is modified to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once, viz., Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
