Crl.R.C.No.857 of 2018 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This Court while disposing of the Crl.R.C.No.857 of 2018, had directed the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, to dispose of CRP.No.65 of 2017 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after impleading the revision petitioners herein as parties and after affording a reasonable opportunity to the parties concerned.

A letter dated 30.07.2019, has been addressed addressed by the learned Trial Judge seeking extension of time by Eight Months. Therefore, the time is extended by four months to dispose of CRP.No.65/2017, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Post the matter after four months.
