(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala, J.,) Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.
2. The detenue, petitioner's husband, Dayalan, aged about 44 years, is present today before this Court.
3. On enquiry, the detenue submitted that he is residing along with his mother at the native place, where he can get some employment; though he requested his wife (the petitioner herein) also to join with him, she refused to join him; if the petitioner is willing to join the detenue, she can do so at any time.

4. Recording the said submission of the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
