Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st and 2nd respondents and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 21.03.2019, wherein and whereby, he seeks for survey and measure the subject matter land.

3. According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent has put up some road in the above said property.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the 3rd and 4th respondents and also other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
