O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to dispose of HMOP.No.84 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam.
2. During the course of the submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that I.A.No.1 of 2022 has been filed for custody of child and I.A.No.2 of 2022 has been filed for return of jewels and other articles and both the applications are posted to 16.06.2023 for filing counter.
3. Considering the circumstances, though this petition is filed for disposing of HMOP.No.84 of 2020, since Interlocutory Applications are pending this Court is of the opinion that instead of giving direction to dispose of HMOP.No.84 of 2020, a direction can be given to dispose of the interlocutory applications, which ultimately makes way for the learned Judge to dispose of the main petition itself. 4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Sub-Judge, Sathyamangalam to dispose of the Interlocutory Applications in I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible not later than three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.
