The petitioner claims to be the Organizer of temple festival in "Bhagavathi Amman Koil" has submitted a representation dated 07.06.2015 to the respondent praying for appropriate permission to conduct cultural program, scheduled to be held on 13.06.2015 and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, he came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.W.Camyles Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation dated 07.06.2015 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 12.06.2015 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
